The Apple watchOS 10 update available now!


The watchOS 10 update is the latest version of the operating system that runs on the Apple Watch. It was released on September 19, 2023, and is compatible with the Apple Watch Series 4, 5, SE, 6, 7, 8, Ultra, and 9.

watchOS 10 includes a number of new features and improvements, including:

  • A redesigned interface with a focus on widgets, which provide quick access to important information at a glance.

  • New watch faces, including a Portraits watch face that uses machine learning to create a depth-of-field effect for your photos, and a World Time watch face that displays the time in multiple cities around the world.

  • New cycling and hiking features, such as the ability to track your progress on popular cycling routes and to receive turn-by-turn navigation while hiking.

  • New health and fitness features, such as the ability to measure your blood oxygen levels and to track your sleep stages.

  • New productivity and communication features, such as the ability to reply to messages with your voice and to use Siri to control third-party apps.

To update your Apple Watch to watchOS 10, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your Apple Watch is connected to Wi-Fi and that your iPhone is connected to the internet.

  2. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.

  3. Tap the General tab.

  4. Tap Software Update.

  5. If a software update is available, tap Download and Install.

Once the update is downloaded and installed, your Apple Watch will restart. Once it has restarted, you will be able to start using the new features and improvements in watchOS 10.
